Eric M. Souza has created Emergent Cities, a way of randomly generating a settlement for use in Street Fighter games. The supplement is built upon the work of Jhan Aragão’s Meet the Strongest supplement. In addition to a random system, the Emergent Cities supplement has tiles that can be used in games, whether printed or virtual.
